Composition:  Halometasone

Dosage and Administration:  

Apply a thin layer to the affected part of the affected area one to two times a day and gently rub; if necessary, a porous bandage can be bandaged with a sealed bandage. Common side effects:

Incidental: irritant symptoms, such as burning sensation and itching. Adverse reactions including topical medication, contact allergy, skin pigmentation or secondary infection have been reported. In addition, especially in long-term use, or for large area skin or using sealed bandage, or for skin areas such as facial and axillary permeability, atrophic patterns, atrophic changes, bleeding, peroral dermatitis or rosacea like dermatitis, capillary dilatation, purpura, or hormonal acne may occur. The effect of corticosteroids entering the blood circulation can produce a systemic effect (especially adrenal function temporary inhibition) when a large area is used or used in a sealed package (especially for a newborn or a child). These effects disappear after discontinuation of the product, but sudden withdrawal can secondary acute adrenal insufficiency.

No matter how old the patient is, it should be avoided for a long time. The sealing bandage should be limited to short and small skin. 【性 状】 本品为乳剂型基质的白色乳膏。

【适应症/功能主治】 对皮质类固醇治疗有效的非感染性炎症性皮肤病。如脂溢性皮炎、接触性皮炎、异位性皮炎、局限性神经性皮炎、钱币状皮炎和寻常型银屑病。

【用法用量】 以薄层涂于患处，依症状每日一至二次，并缓和地摩擦；如有需要，可用多孔绷带包扎患处，通常毋需用密封的包扎。药效欠佳者或较顽固的患者，可改用短时的密封包扎以增强疗效。对于慢性皮肤疾患（如银屑病或慢性湿疹），使用本品时不应突然停用，应交替换用润肤剂或药效较弱的另一种皮质类固醇，逐渐减少本品用药剂量。

【不良反应】 偶发：用药部位刺激性症状，如烧灼感、瘙痒。 罕见：皮肤干燥、红斑、皮肤萎缩、毛囊炎、痤疮或脓 ，如已发生严重的刺激性或过敏症状，应终止治疗。已报道局部用药的不良反应包括：接触性过敏、皮肤色素沉着或继发性感染。此外，尤其在长期使用，或用于大面积皮肤或使用密封性包扎，或用于例如面部、腋下等通透性高的皮肤部位，可能发生萎缩纹、萎缩性变化、出血、口周皮炎或玫瑰痤疮样皮炎、毛细血管扩张、紫癜、或激素性痤疮。当大面积外用或使用密封性包扎(尤其用于新生儿或幼儿)时，皮质类固醇进入血液循环能产生全身性作用(特别是肾上腺功能暂时性抑制)，在停用本品后，这些作用消失，但是突然停药，可继发急性肾上腺功能不全。

【禁 忌】 1.对本品任何成份过敏者。 2.细菌和病毒性皮肤病(如水痘、脓皮病、接种疫苗后、单纯疱疹、带状疱疹)、真菌性皮肤病、梅毒性皮肤病变、皮肤结核病、玫瑰痤疮、口周皮炎、寻常痤疮患者。

【注意事项】 无论患者的年龄，均应避免长期连续使用，密封性包扎应限于短期和小面积皮肤。如特殊需要大剂量使用本品，或应用于大面积皮肤，或使用密封性包扎，或长期使用，应对患者进行定时的医疗检查。本品应慎用于面部或擦烂的部位(例如腋间部位)，且只能短期使用。尚未见报道全身性不良反应，例如对于肾上腺皮质功能的作用。然而根据医学基本理论，不排除这种危险性。在以下条件使用本品时，如：大面积的皮肤上使用密封包扎时(尤其是在儿科)，如果用药皮肤发生了感染，应立即加以合适的抗菌药治疗。本品不能与眼结膜或粘膜接触。皮质类固醇能掩盖本品中某一成分引起的皮肤过敏反应。应告诫患者本药品只能使用于本人当前的皮肤病，不能给其它人使用。
请仔细阅读说明书并遵医嘱使用。

【儿童用药】 对于幼儿及儿童，避免长期连续治疗，以免肾上腺轴抑制的发生。连续性治疗不应超过两个星期；2岁以下的儿童，治疗不应超过七天。敷药的皮肤面积不应超过体表面积的10%，不应使用密封包扎。

【老年患者用药】 尚不明确。

【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】 进行了皮质类固醇安全性评价，也专门用卤米松进行了动物试验，实验已证明可能有潜在致畸性，或对胚胎及/或幼胎产生其它不良作用。孕妇使用本品必须注意权衡利弊，应有明确的治疗指征，而且不应大剂量使用，不应用于大面积皮肤(特别不应使用密封性包扎)或长时间地使用。本品活性物质及/或其代谢产物是否泌入乳汁尚不清楚，哺乳期妇女应慎用。

【药物相互作用】 目前为止，无药物相互作用的相关报道。

【药物过量】 药物过量时，可能会引发肾上腺轴抑制，但发生率极低，此时不应突然停止治疗，可将涂量逐步减少，以缓和剂替代或改用轻效的皮质激素药物。

【药理毒理】 卤米松是一个强效含卤基的外用糖皮质类固醇药物，具有良好的抗炎、抗表皮增生、抗过敏、收缩血管及止痒等作用。通过与甾体受体结合，可改变与病因相应的蛋白质的合成；或作用于炎症细胞及溶酶体，调节炎症反应。本品无抑制肾上腺轴的作用；无致癌作用。小鼠口服急性毒性LD50为15000mg/kg。

【药代动力学】 本品经皮吸收量极低，人体试验显示大面积皮肤(400cm2)均匀涂布本品，连续用药7日，仅有1.41%的剂量透过皮肤被吸收。豚鼠体内排泄行为研究表明，尿液中可检测到1.5%的卤米松，经皮吸收后的药物大部分经肾脏排泄。

【贮 藏】 阴凉密闭保存。
