Ingredients: The active ingredient of this product is Esomeprazole Magnesium

Dosage and Administration:

Tablets should be swallowed together with liquids, not chewed or crushed. For patients with dysphagia, dissolve the tablet in half a cup of carbonate-free water (no other liquids should be used, because enteric coatings may be dissolved), stir until the tablet completely disintegrates, take it immediately or within 30 minutes, and rinse with half a cup of water before drinking. Pellets should never be chewed or crushed. For patients who cannot swallow, tablets can be dissolved in carbonate-free water and administered through gastric tube. It is important to carefully check the suitability of the selected syringe and gastric tube. Preparations and instructions for use are as follows: administration through gastric tube: 1. Place tablets in an appropriate syringe and add about 25 mL of water and 5 mL of air. Sometimes 50 mL of water is needed to prevent the tube from being blocked by pellets. 2. Shake the syringe immediately for about 2 minutes to dissolve the tablet. 3. Make the tip of syringe upward and check that the tip is not blocked. 4. Insert the syringe into the tube and keep it in this position. 5. Shake the syringe so that the tip is down. Immediately inject 5-10 mL into the tube. Turn the syringe over and shake after injection (the syringe must be kept pointed up to prevent the tip from blocking). 6. Put the tip of the syringe down and inject 5-10 mL into the tube immediately. Repeat this procedure until there is no liquid in the syringe. 7. Repeat step 5 if you need to wash off the remaining residue of the syringe. Add 25 mL of water and 5 mL of air to the syringe. Sometimes 50 mL of water is needed.

Cautions:

1, Anaphylaxis to esomeprazole, other benzimidazole compounds or any other ingredient of this product is known. Common reactions (1/100, 1/1000, 1/100) were dermatitis, pruritus, urticaria, dizziness and dry mouth. Racemic adverse reactions observed in the use of racemates are also expected to occur when esomeprazole is used. However, no such adverse reactions have been reported in clinical trials of esomeprazole.

2, 1. Malignant tumors should be excluded when any alarm symptoms (such as significant unintentional weight loss, repeated vomiting, dysphagia, hematemesis or black stool) are suspected of having gastric ulcer or having gastric ulcer, because the use of esomeprazole tablets can alleviate symptoms and delay diagnosis. 2. Patients who have been treated with the drug for a long time (especially those who have been using it for more than one year) should be monitored regularly. 3. Patients with renal impairment do not need to adjust the dose. For patients with severe renal insufficiency, due to limited experience in using the drug, caution should be taken in the treatment. 4. Patients with mild to moderate liver function impairment do not need to adjust the dose. For patients with severe liver damage, esomeprazole tablets should be taken at a dose of 20 mg. 5. The effect on the ability to drive and use machines has not been observed. 6. At present, the clinical data of Esomeprazole in non-pregnant women can be used for reference. Esomeprazole should be used cautiously for pregnant women. 7. It is not clear whether esomeprazole is excreted by human breast. Esomeprazole has not been studied in lactating women, so it should not be used during lactation. 8. There is no experience in the use of Esomeprazole in children. 9. Elderly patients do not need to adjust the dose.
