【成份】熟大黄、土鳖虫（炒）、水蛭(制)、虻虫(去翅足，炒)、蛴螬(炒)、干漆(煅)、桃仁、苦杏仁(炒)、黄芩、地黄、白芍、甘草。
【性状】本品为黑色的大蜜丸；气浓、味甘、微苦。
【功能主治】活血破瘀，通经消癥。用于淤血内停所致的癥瘕、闭经、症见腹部肿块、肌肤甲错、面色暗黑、潮热羸瘦、经闭不行。
